They apply to quotations, bookings and agreements concluded with corporate clients, provided that they have been duly communicated and accepted.
They supplement the specific quotations and agreements entered into between the parties.

Article 4 — Enquiries and Bookings
Accommodation enquiries may be submitted by email, telephone or through the contact methods available on the website.
All offers are subject to actual accommodation availability.
A booking becomes binding under the conditions specified in the relevant quotation or agreement, including written acceptance and completion of any required confirmation formalities.
Stayforge may decline a new booking request for legitimate reasons, including lack of availability or a serious risk of contractual non-performance.
Article 5 — Prices and Invoicing
Applicable prices are those stated in the accepted quotation or agreement.
Rates may be calculated per night, week, month or agreed period.
The quotation or agreement specifies which utilities, charges and additional services are included.
VAT, where legally applicable, shall be charged in accordance with the tax treatment of the relevant service.
Invoices shall be issued according to the contractual arrangements.
Unless otherwise agreed, fixed prices for confirmed services shall not be changed unilaterally.
Article 6 — Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice or specified in the agreement.
The Client undertakes to comply with the agreed payment schedule.
Any invoice dispute must be submitted in writing, with supporting reasons, within a reasonable period after receipt.
A dispute concerning part of an invoice does not release the Client from the obligation to pay the undisputed amounts when due.
Any specifically agreed payment terms shall prevail over this Article.
Article 7 — Late Payments
For business-to-business transactions falling within the scope of the Belgian Act of 2 August 2002 on combating late payment in commercial transactions, statutory late-payment interest may become payable automatically, without prior formal notice, under the conditions provided by that Act.
Stayforge may also claim the statutory fixed recovery compensation of EUR 40 and, where legally permitted, reasonable compensation for other eligible recovery costs.
Any additional interest or compensation shall be subject to the applicable legal and contractual limits.
In the event of continued non-payment, Stayforge may issue a formal notice and pursue the contractual or judicial remedies available under applicable law.
Any suspension or termination of services must comply with applicable contractual requirements and mandatory legal provisions, including those relating to the occupation of accommodation.
Article 8 — Duration of Services

Occupation is authorised for the agreed period.
Any extension requires the prior agreement of the parties.
Extensions shall not be automatic unless expressly provided for by the agreement or required under mandatory applicable law.
Article 9 — Booking Changes and Cancellations
Requests to amend or cancel a booking must be submitted to Stayforge in writing.
The applicable notice periods and financial consequences are those stated in the quotation or agreement.
Where no specific provisions have been agreed, the parties shall seek a reasonable solution taking into account the period concerned, services already provided, commitments undertaken and actual losses incurred.
Any cancellation compensation must remain proportionate and comply with applicable law.
Where mandatory legal provisions govern termination or notice periods, those provisions shall prevail.

Article 13 — Damage, Loss and Compensation
Occupants must use the accommodation and its equipment in accordance with their intended purpose.
Damage attributable to the Client or to persons for whom the Client is contractually responsible may give rise to a compensation claim, subject to proof of the damage and responsibility.

Other repair responsibilities shall be allocated according to the contractual and legal obligations of the parties.
Article 15 — Liability
Each party shall be responsible for the consequences of its contractual breaches in accordance with applicable law.
The corporate Client shall be responsible for the obligations it has expressly undertaken in relation to the persons accommodated.
